Production waste is inevitable. Through our circular collaborations and craft intelligence, we redeem what's discarded.

When manufacturing a leather handbag, typically 30% to 40% of the material is wasted during the cutting process.

Through our circular collaborations with luxury fashion houses, We redeem their material offcuts by handcrafting limited-edition accessories made by skilled indian artisans.

In doing so, we deliver the luxury consumers desire, the dignity and livelihood artisans deserve, and measurable impact for brands and the planet.

The global leather industry repurposes ~3 million tons of
discarded finished leather each year, much of which is
shipped to countries like India, Ghana, Vietnam & Pakistan

LOCAL REALITY

From the ports, waste moves through a murky
chain of middlemen. where transparency is lost
Eventually reaching several artisan
communities in smaller batches with odd and
tiny offcuts that are often unusable
With artisans only able to salvage a fraction,
the rest piles up in their backyards, creating
health hazards for them.
