PACKAGING AND SHIPPING POLICY

For us, how we pack is as important as what we pack, and you see that reflected in our packaging design. We have a strict plastic-free and zero-waste packaging policy. Our products come in an upcycled muslin dust bag in a corrugated recyclable box. We aim toward leaving no scrap behind, hence even our swing tags are made of leftover bits and pieces as we curate your accessory. The brand cards are made from seed paper and we use paper tapes and eco-friendly wrap to secure our packaging.

You might find some external plastic packaging used by our delivery partners or while buying our products from online stockists. As a young brand that is something we are unable to avoid but we are working with our partners towards minimizing that.

We offer free shipping on all international orders above USD 250. For orders below USD 300, international shipping is calculated at checkout. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. International orders may take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. ECONOCK STUDIO LLP is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
