Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our office in New Delhi via reputed courier partners. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order Austerex INC cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

International Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above USD 100. For orders below USD 100, international shipping is calculated at checkout. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. International orders may take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Austerex INC is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
